Hi there! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StudyClip's website and services. By hopping on board, you agree to them. If something doesn't work for you, please don't use the service—we'd rather you opt out than be unhappy.

1. The service

StudyClip helps you turn presentations and documents into study videos and learning goodies (summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and more). Features can evolve—we'll try to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise perfection 24/7.

2. Your account

You're in charge of keeping your login safe and anything that happens under your account. Please give us accurate info when we ask, and use StudyClip in line with the law.

3. Acceptable use

Let's keep it kind: no breaking security, no hammering our systems, no sketchy scraping, and no uploading illegal or someone-else's-stuff-without-permission. We may pause or end access if these lines get crossed.

4. Content you upload

Your content stays yours. You give StudyClip permission to process, store, and show it so we can deliver the service to you. By uploading, you're telling us you have the rights to do that.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, billing, and refunds (if we offer them) are spelled out at checkout and in your account. Taxes may apply. If payment doesn't go through, paid features might be limited until it's sorted.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" where the law allows. AI can make mistakes—double-check anything important. We aren't on the hook for indirect damages except where the law says we have to be.

7. Changes

We might refresh these Terms from time to time. We'll post updates here and bump the date above. If you keep using StudyClip after that, you're accepting the new version (where that's allowed where you live).
